Personal data and the purpose of their use

If you want to submit an inquiry on our website in the "INQUIRY" menu, you must enter the following personal data in the online form: first and last name, e-mail address and telephone number. The data is used exclusively for the purpose of responding to the inquiry.

Accommodatton providers in the Republic of Slovenia are obliged by law to register guests and keep a guest book (http://www.pisrs.si/Pis.web/pregledPredpisa?id=ZAKO6046). Upon the arrival of guests, each owner of the accommodation establishment (or a person authorized by him) is obliged to register each person who will be staying in the accommodation establishment via the eTurizem application on the AJPES website. The data to be transmitted are first and last name, date of birth, citizenship, and the form and number of the personal document. These data are recorded in the guest book, which the manager has access to on the AJPES website and at the same time keeps it in printed form.

The controller respects your privacy and is committed to collecting, storing and processing personal data with care and in accordance with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. Since there are certain links in the Apartma Mariposa online information system to other, external websites that are not directly linked to Apartma Mariposa, the operator does not assume any responsibility for the protection of data on these websites.
In order to prevent unauthorized access to the obtained data or their disclosure, to maintain the accuracy of personal data and to ensure their appropriate use, the controller uses appropriate technical and organizational procedures to protect the data it collects. However, the administrator cannot completely rule out possible misuse of data, as the Internet is an unpredictable medium, despite security measures and security communication protocols.

Consent and retention period of personal data

The individual who submitted his personal data in the cases listed above gave his clear and unequivocal consent to the storage and processing of the data. Processing in this way is legal according to Article 6 (1), (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Consent to the processing of personal data in the case of an inquiry submitted on the Apartma Mariposa website is given by clicking the "Send" button. In case of confirmation of the reservation, the obtained data is kept until the date of departure. After the end of the stay, the obtained data is deleted. In the case of an inquiry, when the actual confirmation of the reservation does not occur, the obtained data is kept for the duration of the communication with the individual and is deleted as soon as the individual refuses the reservation.

Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of registering a person staying in the accommodation facility and maintaining the guest book is given by submitting the individuals personal document for inspection. The obtained data is kept until the end of the current calendar year and the following one (1) calendar year (http://www.pisrs.si/Pis.web/pregledPredpisa?id=ZAKO6046). After this period, the guest book in electronic form is deleted, and the guest book in physical form is destroyed.

Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to deletion, the right to portability, the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data and the right to object.
When exercising all your rights or obtaining additional information, submit an application by regular mail to the address: Bluecam studio, Boštjan Flegar s.p., Plese 9 a, 9000 Murska Sobota or by e-mail to the e-mail address: apartma@mariposa-banovci.si. We will process and respond to your application in accordance with the GDPR.
